Sometimes when we are printing, we commonly encounter a poor quality print output. It makes us wonder why it happened? Well, there are several factors that affects the quality of the print output and here are they:
1. Low quality image
Solution: Download and use high quality images.
2. Printer's Hardware Problem
Solution: Bring your printer to any trusted technician to fix it.
3. Printer's Setup Problem
Solutions: There are 2 solutions for this problem.
Here are the steps on how to troubleshoot printer to get best quality print output.
Solution A: Printer Maintenance
Attention: Load papers on your printer before doing the steps below.
1st Step: Go to Printer Properties
Step 3: Click Head Cleaning
Step 2: Click the "Quality Options"
Step 3: Click "Ok"
Click "Print Properties"
2nd Step: Go to Maintenance
Click "Maintenance"
Step 3: Click Head Cleaning
Wait for several minutes
Step 4: Click Print Head Alignment
Wait for the print output.
NOTE: If you are not yet satisfied with the print output, you can repeat the process.
Solution B: Print Quality Settings
This solution is highly recommended especially when you are going to print photos/images.
Step 1: Go to Printer Properties
Click "Printer Properties"
Step 2: Click the "Quality Options"
You'll see an option field. Choose High as the quality option.
Printer will start printing your documents.
NOTE: If you choose "High" as the "Print Quality", please expect that the printing speed will decrease but don't worry because that is normal. You'll absolutely get the best quality print output when you do all of these.
